We help ensure these students meet the academic requirements that colleges place on them, and help them improve their performance if they fall short of the requirements. Competition at most universities is tough, but as independent scouts and recruiters we can help tip the odds in their favor. We prepare our students for college academically and athletically to go to college and stay in college, as opposed to a rude awakening at the end of their senior year.
Founded by Garnett Mims and David Mims, Muscles In Motion Systems' cutting-edge training techniques have helped athletic teams and individual athletes achieve superior results. Endorsed by many college and high school coaches as well as professional and college athletes, Muscles In Motion Systems is giving back to the community by sponsoring various public and private school students who will benefit from the program.

Coach Mims is also the president of the Detroit Chapter of “National Alliance of African Athlete”, a 501 (c) 3 nonprofit organization.
